What we take on

If it can be legally purchased anywhere in the world, it is a request we will take seriously — and we will tell you honestly if it is not.

How long it takes

Widely available items are typically secured within 48 hours. Most requests are located within 3–10 working days. Grail-level pieces — rare references, museum-grade collectibles, one-of-one items — can take several weeks, and we keep you informed at every stage rather than leaving you guessing.

How it works end to end

You send the request with as much detail as possible. We put the brief to our supplier network across Europe, Asia and the US and come back with options, condition details and an all-inclusive price. Nothing proceeds without your approval. Once approved, the item passes authentication, is insured, and is delivered to your door — anywhere in the world.

What it costs

One figure, agreed before we proceed. Our fee is built into the quoted price, which covers the item, authentication and insured delivery. No percentage surprises, no hidden extras — the number you approve is the number you pay.
