The service
Sourced By JH is an independent sourcing and personal shopping service. We locate and secure items on behalf of clients through our supplier network. We are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by any of the brands referenced on this website.
Quotes and approval
All sourcing proceeds only after you approve a written quote covering the item, its condition and the all-inclusive price. A quote is valid for the period stated within it; availability and pricing of rare items can change quickly.
Payment
Payment is due once you approve a quote, before the item is secured, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and major cards. Items remain our property until payment has cleared in full.
Authenticity
Every item passes through our authentication process before delivery. If an item we supply is subsequently shown by a qualified authenticator to be inauthentic, we will provide a full refund upon its return.
Returns
Because items are sourced specifically to your request, sales are final once you have approved the quote and condition details, except where an item arrives materially different from its description or as required by law.
Delivery
We deliver worldwide using insured, tracked couriers. Estimated delivery timelines are provided with your quote. Import duties and taxes for your destination are confirmed as part of the quote.
Liability
Our liability in respect of any sourcing engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
